By accessing and using the Specz website (specz.ae) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Specz provides AI-powered hologram rental and experience services for events, including but not limited to:

• Digital avatar hosts and presenters
• Holographic displays and walls
• 3D mascots and brand characters
• Interactive product displays
• Live holographic streaming services

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Specz.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your booking agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically due before the event date
• All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be detailed in your booking agreement. Generally, cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may incur charges.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website and provided as part of our services are the property of Specz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
